بمناسبة يوم ميلادها، تصدرت الفنانة اللبنانية مايا دياب محرك بحث “غوغل”، وتم تداول اسمها بكثرة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك بعدما فاجأت كاي والدتها بفيديو كليب استعرضت خلاله مواهبها الغنائية والراقصة، على أنغام أغنية “يا نور العين”، لتعايدها من خلاله بعيدها الـ38.

ونشرت دياب مقطع الفيديو على حسابها على إنستغرام معربة عن فخرها بغناء ابنتها، مؤكدةً أنها لا تفشل في مفاجأتها باستمرار، قائلةً: “لم تفشل أبداً في مفاجأتي وإبهاري”، وأضافت: “نفّذ هذا الفيديو أقرب الأشخاص إلى قلبي للاحتفال باليوم الكبير. أحبكم جميعاً من هنا حتى القمر”.

يشار إلى أنّ مايا انضمت أخيراً إلى لائحة الفنانات اللواتي وضع لهن تمثال من الشمع في متحف “مدام توسو” في إسطنبول.
